No appointment is required for many questions. Call ahead for appraisals, complex custom work, or if you are bringing several pieces.
Are repairs done on site?
Many repair needs can be reviewed at the store. After seeing the item, we can explain what can be handled locally and what may require a different service path.
Can you use stones from an old piece?
Often, yes. Custom redesign may use stones or metal from a piece you already own, depending on condition and design goals.
Do you buy gold?
Gold buying and trade-in questions are included as a secondary service. Bring the items in for review and current guidance.
